1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ToneCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ToneCraft provides AI-powered guitar tone generation and audio processing tools (including StemFlow). We may modify features at any time.
3. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
During any free trial, including trials selected for Creator or Pro, Explorer usage limits apply. Creator or Pro limits and paid-plan features apply only after the trial converts and payment is successfully completed. If payment is not completed, the account remains on or returns to Explorer access.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of uploaded audio files and saved tones you create. By using ToneCraft, you grant us a limited licence to process your content, store your presets temporarily, and improve system functionality. You agree not to upload illegal content or malware.
By uploading or processing audio, you confirm that you own the audio or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to upload, separate, analyse, process, and generate tone settings from it. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, algorithms, branding, and platform technology are the property of ToneCraft. You may not reverse engineer the system, copy or resell the service, or attempt to extract models.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use ToneCraft for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or upload harmful or abusive content.
7. Service Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ToneCraft may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
8. Disclaimer
ToneCraft is provided "as is." We do not guarantee perfect tone accuracy, flawless audio separation, or compatibility with all devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneCraft shall not be liable for data loss, audio corruption, business losses, or indirect damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
