These are moderation checks for the public metadata and parameter card. They do not validate audio because no audio is stored in the public Tone Library.

Public item contains parameters and metadata only. Title/description/tags are clean and useful. Parameter Card is complete and player-compatible. No obvious rights issue in public metadata.
